Why don't I see prices? 

In order to see prices you must create an account. Please be sure to select the correct currency for your country. 

 

What items are co-op eligible? 

Items that are co-op eligible are noted with an icon in the image as well as in the product description. 

 

Co-op Shipping

Mercury Marine is proud to offer co-op reimbursement on ground shipping with orders that contain co-op eligible products!


Qualifications:
• Promotion applies to UPS® (UPS® Ground) shipping only.
• Order must contain at least one item that is co-op eligible.
• Standard co-op qualifications apply. Per available program year reimbursement for a committed dealers is 100%, non-committed dealers is 50%.
• You will pay for shipping at time of checkout. Shipping co-op reimbursement will be applied during the claim submission process.

 

What percentage is reimbursed from my co-op funds? 

U.S. committed dealers are eligible for 100% reimbursement, and U.S. non-committed and Canadian dealers are eligible for 50% reimbursement, per available program year co-op funds.

 

How do I get reimbursed for co-op?

Download your mercurymarketingondemand.com invoice and submit a claim following standard procedures:
Go to MercNET > Sales > Co-op Advertising > Co-op Advertising Entry.

 

How do I find my order history, invoices and tracking information?

Log into your Account to to find your order history.
Hover over the order number and click to see details of your order.
In this view you will be able to print your invoice and see your order tracking details.

 

Can I print these products on my own with a local printer?

No, with the exception of sell sheets and brochures. Sell sheets and brochures can be downloaded direct from the MercNET portal (make MercNET portal a hyperlink to the above link). All other items posted to this website are propriety to Mercury Marine and cannot be reproduced without written permission.

 

Where do I see the products I added to the Compare function? 

Click on the Account icon in the upper right. Select the Compare button. Note: You can only compare items in the same category. 

 

What if my order arrives damaged? 

If you receive damaged assets please reach out to us through email at pssupport@printscape.com. We will review your order and contact you within 24 hours.

 

How do I contact Customer Service? 

Email us with any questions at pssupport@printscape.com. We will respond to your email within 24 hours, M-F 8 am to 5 pm EST.

 

Payment processing

Please note that payments are processed by Printscape, so this name will appear on your billing statement instead of Mercury Marketing On Demand.
